Tyler Shada is a Partner at 541 Advisors and leads the firm’s Delivery Center, the operational engine behind its executive search and advisory work. He oversees all active assignments and manages the teams of recruiters, operators, and subject matter experts responsible for delivering 541’s most critical engagements.

Before joining 541, Tyler led global recruiting at Slalom during a period of rapid growth. He played a key role in designing and scaling the firm’s talent infrastructure, supporting its evolution from a regional consultancy into a global leader while maintaining a high bar for quality, consistency, and culture.
