Tim Dilley

Tim has over 40 years in consulting and technology services.  His experience includes global system integrators, public enterprise software companies, and consulting startups.  He brings a unique combination of public company executive experience, with success in boot-strapped consulting startups.  Tim built the Informatica professional services, eventually managing a global team of all customer facing services from the leader in enterprise data integration. 

At NetSuite, Tim joined a year prior to the IPO in December 2007, taking responsibility for global services in the leader in cloud ERP applications.  At his departure from NetSuite in late 2015, the NetSuite consulting practice was delivering over $150m in revenue with over 15% earnings.  In each case, these publicly traded companies depended on consistent delivery of profitable growth in their services practices – consulting, education, and customer success. 

In 2016, Tim co-founded Enforce Consulting, which focused on providing a broad set of consulting services to customers on cloud applications.  In 2023, the Australian practice of Enforce Consulting was acquired by Deloitte Consulting.  Since the Deloitte acquisition of Enforce Consulting Australia, Tim has played the role of mentor and advisor to software executives in public, private equity, and venture backed companies.  Tim has a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.
