Throughout his career, Patrick has held senior leadership roles across nationally recognized consulting platforms. He has served as Chief Growth Officer and sales leader for expert services firms, and has led companies at the CEO and COO level with a focus on driving revenue and scaling operations. As a private equity operating partner, he executed multiple successful value creation plans, including one that drove a $100 million increase in enterprise value within three years.

Patrick brings deep relationships across the litigation and financial advisory landscape. He has personally hired more than 40 revenue-generating partners responsible for over $100 million in annual revenue.
