Alison Weisser

Alison bring 10 years of Executive Search experience across the Professional Services and Marketing Services space. She most recently served as an Experienced Hire Recruiter for KPMG where she partnered with hiring teams across Managed Services and Deal Advisory. Prior to that, she served as a Senior Associate in the Professional Services and Technology practice at Korn Ferry. In that role, she was responsible for delivering top talent on C-Suite and Partner level roles within the Management Consulting and Strategy Consulting space. She started her recruiting career on the Talent Team at WPP Group where she attracted top talent and was responsible for placing senior executives across WPP’s portfolio of companies in North America. 

Alison started her career in Financial Services working on both the buy-side and sell-side before making the transition to Executive Search.

Alison Graduated from Gettysburg College with a B.A. in Political Science.
