Big 4: Cloud Engineering Practice Build
Scaling of this industry leader’s Cloud Engineering business. Included hiring 10+ PPMDs and dozens of Senior Managers, Managers, and Consultants. We partnered with practice leaders and talent acquisition over several years to rapidly scale the leading Cloud Engineering business in the US market.
Big 4: Private Equity Data & Analytics Leader
Executed the search for a Private Equity D&A leader at a Big 4 consulting firm. The client had a strong track record of assisting PE clients with diligence and transactions, but wanted to expand into value creation initiatives leveraging Data & AI. Facilitated the hire of a D&A leader from consulting who later transitioned to an Operating Partner role with a large private equity fund.
Managed Service Provider: CEO
Partnered with a middle-market private equity fund to lead the search for a CEO as part of a roll-up of smaller MSPs. Facilitated the hire of a 3X CEO who had led PE-backed MSPs to exit and overseen aggressive M&A and integration activities.
